Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the slatgo platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions below.
You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful to use slatgo. Age verification is mandatory at registration and at withdrawal.
Transactions via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph are governed by specific processing rules, limits, and verification requirements set out in these Terms.
All bonuses — including the welcome deposit match — are subject to wagering requirements and expiry timelines. Abuse of bonus structures may result in account suspension.
Collusion, fraud, use of automated software, multi-accounting, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
slatgo provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are governed by the provisions in Section 11 of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and PAGCOR regulations as they apply to online gaming operations serving the Philippine market.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the slatgo Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the slatgo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the slatgo Platform and close your Account if one has been opened.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and slatgo. slatgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use the slatgo Platform. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. slatgo conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed and deposits returned, subject to fraud checks.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The slatgo Platform is intended primarily for use by residents of the Philippines. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. slatgo does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on slatgo:
3.4 One Account per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the slatgo Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
4.1 To access real-money gameplay on slatgo, you must complete the registration process, which includes providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information matching your government-issued identification.
4.2 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 KYC Verification. slatgo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to slatgo's satisfaction.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. slatgo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security. You must notify slatgo's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.5 Two-Factor Authentication. slatgo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. slatgo provides SMS-based OTP as a 2FA mechanism. Enabling 2FA does not waive slatgo's right to conduct additional verification checks.
5.1 slatgo accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 network), and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods and applicable limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph transactions, and ₱500 for bank transfers. USDT deposits have a minimum equivalent of USD $10.
5.3 slatgo does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own service charges which are beyond slatgo's control.
5.4 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. slatgo reserves the right to return deposits to their source where third-party funding is suspected and to request documentation confirming payment method ownership.
5.5 Deposits are credited to your slatgo Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT and other cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the market rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. slatgo will publish the conversion rate applied in your transaction history.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified Accounts (KYC complete) where the withdrawal amount does not exceed the withdrawable Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. slatgo reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
6.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–2 Philippine business days. USDT withdrawals are typically confirmed within 15 minutes subject to network congestion.
6.4 Verification Delays. slatgo may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or fraud review. slatgo will communicate the reason for any hold and an estimated resolution timeline via the support channel within 24 hours of the hold being placed.
6.5 slatgo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, slatgo may void all or part of the account balance.
7.1 slatgo may from time to time offer promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before they are eligible for withdrawal. Individual promotion terms may specify different wagering multiples.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that remain unplayed or whose Wagering Requirements remain unmet within 30 calendar days of credit will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation, unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise.
7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer table games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 50%) as specified in individual promotion terms. slatgo publishes contribution rates in the promotional documentation for each offer.
7.5 slatgo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines that the promotion is being abused, is the subject of technical error, or where continued operation would expose slatgo to undue financial risk.
7.6 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and permanent account suspension.
8.1 All game results on the slatgo Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by live studio dealers for live casino games. slatgo represents that all game outcomes are fair, random, and not manipulated by the operator.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it may not be cancelled or modified by the player. Confirmed bets are final.
8.3 slatgo reserves the right to void bets where a technical malfunction has occurred, where a bet was accepted at an erroneous odds or stake, or where a game result was produced by a verifiable system error. Players will be notified of any void and their stakes returned.
8.4 Sportsbook. For sports betting products, slatgo's sportsbook rules (published separately on the Platform) govern the settlement of all wagers, including rules on abandoned matches, walkover results, and in-play betting integrity. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to specific wager settlements.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per session. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be varied by slatgo at any time for operational or regulatory reasons.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slatgo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
10.1 All content on the slatgo Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, text, trademarks, and branding — is the intellectual property of slatgo or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the slatgo Platform without express prior written consent from slatgo.
10.3 The slatgo name, logo, and visual identity are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorized use of slatgo's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 slatgo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. All registered Accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools via the Account Settings panel:
11.2 slatgo enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. If slatgo has reasonable cause to believe a user is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slatgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.2 slatgo's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 slatgo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. slatgo shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond slatgo's reasonable control.
12.4 slatgo does not accept liability for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the player during registration or verification, or from the player's failure to follow Platform instructions.
13.1 slatgo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 slatgo will not sell or rent your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or operational necessity.
13.3 slatgo implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and other technical and organizational security measures to protect player data. For full details of your data rights under applicable Philippine data protection law, please refer to the slatgo Privacy Policy.
14.1 slatgo reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable regulation, advance notice of at least 14 days will be provided before material changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the slatgo Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute between you and slatgo relating to these Terms, gameplay outcomes, financial transactions, or account status, you must first submit a written complaint to slatgo's support team at [email protected]. slatgo will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a resolution or update within 10 Philippine business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through slatgo's internal complaints procedure within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or seek resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable Philippine law.
15.4 You agree that any legal proceedings against slatgo shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts or regulatory forums of the Philippines.
